★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My servicer was Tay. Prompt and good job done with aircon. Any issue I have, same day or next day come down to check, after service is top notch.
Not many companies want to do Samsung unit but Tay did it and did well, any further issue he come down solve with no extra charge.
A service provider I can recommend and come to after plenty other places tried ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted them based on good rating around midnight via WhatsApp, replied me at 830am the morning and came the same day at 5pm. My Aircon refuses to turn on, PCB dead, first told me need to order and will be fixed tomorrow, finally managed to get one quickly from a colleague and my aircon was all working good by 630pm. Save my day, save my night. Price reasonable for the responsiveness and the professionalism. The fact to make the extra step to check around to try to sort the problem on late afternoon is definitely a strong point and not sure all the competition would do that. Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The technicians who installed the Mitsubishi Electric System 4 are highly professional, experienced, and polite. They also minimised the dust by covering the surfaces of the rooms where the aircons were installed and they used a tray to catch the debris of the area they were sawing off. There was a rainstorm in the afternoon when they were doing the installation which stretched on into the evening but they stayed on and waited until the rain subsided to put up the condenser. Overall we are impressed with the level of service that was provided to us yesterday.

Your installer will call/text you directly on regards with installing and come down to site to look at how to run trunking neatly and placement of aircon. Will advice you accordingly. Installation was done proffesionally and everything was top notch ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am very satisfied with Andy who came over to help on the 4th day of CNY (we had water flowing from our aircon and required urgent help). He came to unclogged our draining pipe and did a chemical overhaul for our aircon. Was very surprised as our last servicing with another agent was just in September, the chemical wash removed dust and dirty which accumulated like hairy moss on our coil, it was such a relief to see it being removed thoroughly. Looking forward to future aircon servicing with Andy. Thank you once again for helping!
