Sam did the first grooming for Teddy when he was less than a year old. Times flies and Sam has been grooming teddy for coming three years. I would strongly recommend Sam as he is very patient, skillful, gentle and attentive. I often turn to him for advice and he is ever so helpful and even willing to teach. I dun think I will ever go to another groomer as I feel very comfortable and trust him with my Teddy.

My bunny was never a fan of getting carried but the groomer was able to do it professionally without struggles. The groomer will tell me what to take note for my bunny and also answer my enquiries if I had any concerns. Such a bonus they offer a mobile grooming service. My Japanese Spitz dog (Yuki) is usually very nervous with other groomers but Yuki adored Sam and was unbelievably calm and relaxed throughout the whole grooming session.

Booking was made efficiently and quickly due to the prompt response and groomer Laurence is an excellent groomer with lots of patience and takes the time to explain to us regarding the groomer process and tips for our puppy. He did not merely provided services needed of him and went to the extra mile by guiding us and even showing us how he grooms our puppy! Really friendly and helpful, highly recommended due to the great service provided by both booking representative and groomer!
