Had my air con install yesterday technician turn up on time and were very professional. I would definitely recommend their service to my friends and colleagues

Initially before closing my order, Ms Franz from Sales was quite good and responsive in whatsapp. Even during site survey Mr. Kang gave good advise on running of trunking/pipes. During installation, the technicians were quite professional & friendly but when I asked for warranty card they said it^s with the instruction manual. When it was not there I checked with Miss Franz & was told that she will arrange someone to send me the card. So happened 2 days later, after a heavy downpour water leaked from the newly constructed wooden box behind the condenser. Informed Ms Franz to get technicians to rectify & bring along the warranty card. But service was very bad after that as after many reminders they only send technician to patch the hole 13 days after installation!!! Worst stlll they have no idea about warranty card! Then only found out from Mr. Kang that it must be registered on line. It shows unprofessionalism & poor product knowledge especially from Sales side. Later found out that Ms. Franz works from Philippines & not able to receive my call. Hiaz.... Understand from Mitsubishi Starmex that normally after the installation, model & serial no for condenser & fan colis should be provided to me for on line registration!! Had to call Aire's office staff to find out all the details for on line registration after a lapse of 15 days of unnecessay delay from Aire!!!!. Now wondering how will their future after sales service be like after this bad experience!!!! Pls reconsider carefully if you want to engage them!!
