โ โ โ โ โ Bad service! Send technician with no aircon knowledge at all, very disappointed with their servicing at the price paid, use my hair shampoo without asking permission when cleaning the aircon filter but why they do not have any aircon cleaning liquid, did not vacuum the aircon at all caused the aircon become very dirty although there is servicing every few months. Regret to appoint them and sign a contract with them which trusted them so much but in the end give a lot of problem.

โ โ โ โ โ First of all they never came to service as per contract and missed the quarterly cycle.
Then finally the come up after follow up on the next cycle on 25th November.
After their technicians left one of the aircon stopped working with the remote control and we reported the issue the same day.
Then they send in their team again only on the 28th Nov and they come and tell me that there is a problem with the remote sensor which needs to be replaced for 180$.
The remote was working absolutely fine before 25th so clearly their technicians did something wrong but when i spoke to their representative on the phone he said they wonโt claim any responsibility for it.
Absolutely unprofessional approach, I have decided to cancel the contract and get a refund from them

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service and totally no credit !!!! When they provide a quote with original price $60 per aircon, and we ask for discount as we have 3 aircons, then they said they will give us $45 per aircon and first two times free of charge if we sign up contract for 3 year (quarterly, so total 12 times of aircon services). We agreed the contract and made separate payments. Now we have already made full payment, their boss change words, saying only provide 6 times of service instead of 12. After that, change words again, asking me to accept 10 times service instead of 12, dont make them difficult ไธไบบ่ฎฉไธๆญฅ. Based on agreement $1350 for 12 times, they are good at chasing money. But when we already made full payment, they suddenly change words? This way to doing business consider fraud! I will go and report and never recommend this company!
