Scheduled a site visit with them - Whatsapped them 30 mins ahead of time to confirm if the appointment was still going ahead and they said the aircon guy would be at least 3 hours late due to a complicated issue at an earlier appointment. Sorry, but 3 hours late is quite unacceptable for a working day as I had to rearrange work plans. Also - if you know there would be such a massive delay you should have the decency and courtesy to inform me ahead of time. Second thing - I had to keep chasing them to send me the quotation post-site visit. After 2 weeks they’ve even stopped responding to me. Really disappointed and frustrated with this supposed 5-star rated company.

Very responsive and timely in their reply (frustrated with my previous specialists whom are always unreachable when aircon is leaking etc!!). The specialist was very willing to share, and I've learnt what to look out for in future about aircons etc. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to commend Airemax and their professionalism. I had a problem with my aircon recently as it was leaking and perhaps not properly installed by my previous contractors. After calling Airemax and requesting a servicing, they came promptly the following day and assesed my situation. The technician (Lucas), was warm and friendly. He gave me good advice on aircon servicing and also showed me where the leak was from. After completing each task, Lucas showed me that the pipe was finally declogged and able to drain the water from the units. Special thanks to Lucas for being so helpful and kind enough to give me tips on how to maintain the aircon. He really has in-depth knowledge of his job. I would highly recommend Airemax to everyone who wants to have a reasonably priced professional aircon servicing and troubleshooting. Well done!

Even if you face difficulties or doubts… the staff will do their level best to help you. The annual contract is by far the most affordable one that I can find in SG with no hidden costs.
