β β β β β If there is "no star" I won't even give any to them. I signed up a package with Modern Beauty & was having my facial done at Kovan which is closer to home. Be sanctuary SPA@ kovan really lousy services with staff that are pushy in their sales when they help to wash face. They will constantly ask you to upgrade and top up services making us feel like the existing package with them is unsuitable or totally useless... Then why sell us then. Their customers service allowed my mum to use my package over the phone. However when she arrived. They mentioned that it is Christmas season and don't let her use my package which was already agreed. My mum didn't enjoy at all after I had called up the salon to rectify the situation. Strongly discourage people to sign up packages.. Very unprofessional
