Their service certainly surpass that of some other logistics company which has not taken care in their handling and my items were damaged. Thank you and keep up the good work!

He took another step that he put the parcel under the shoe rack and cover it up with the plastic bag so that no one will see it and he took a photo and Whatapps me . Thank you for the great service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company only stated the address provided was incomplete (Did not include block number but i did include a postcode) after two failed delivery attempts.
They only informed me after i called them to enquire about why my package was not delivered. They didn't even bother to check when they saw the address was incomplete and instead decided to just mark it as "Unable to find consignee".
Extremely bad first experience and i wasted the whole day waiting for the package, only to realise they didn't even attempt to deliver it or check with me.
