K	Keith Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be mindful when you use FedEx. When they ship items for you, they don't bother to get signatures and leave items at the door. If you receive items, they don't tell you how much tax you have to pay until a couple of weeks later and demand payment. Service I received when I called customer service was that I could reject the item or that I should have know there was to be taxes. Personally, worst service ever received.

M	Melwyn Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clearly cant be bothered - filled and sent customs documentation three times to SG and then two of their local handlers/customs agents, its like trying to hit a moving goal post when the requirements keep changing. [Update] Having used both DHL and FedEx to ship things to China, the main difference is that at least my FedEx boxes arrived in good shape, even got an official fapiao for the customs duties payment. My DHL boxes arrived quite badly dented and damaged....

I have been so patient and made over 5 calls but they cannot give me an answer on what is happening nor can they hasten it. What is worse? My sender from India is paying them money to get it hastened??? But nothing seems to be happening. This is terrible service. Update: I received my parcel but certain items were damaged.
F	Fiona Guo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with the Finance team with this lady who doesn’t read emails and documents provided. It has been back and forth for a year. Have been requesting the supervisor to contact me for a year with no response to it. There’s no other way to contact anyone else who may know GST a little bit better than this lady (suspect she’s offshore). Have provided all the documents and background. The lady keeps asking for a document which doesn’t exist and is not needed. The most unbelievable part is, it was all closed a year ago with their own office’s handwriting on the documents in their emails. All of a sudden, three four months later a person who doesn’t understand GST, doesn’t read customers emails, doesn’t do her job just rocked up asking the same question closed a while ago. Hope this review can be seen by someone senior in FedEx Singapore. You are paying someone for nothing but wasting everyone’s time.

I have tried contacting FedEx in Singapore via email, and I have tried contacting FedEx China via email to no avail as they'll only get back to me in two days. Two days. My package is due today, and I have no clue what the hell is going on. If FedEx isn't able to deliver, it shouldn't give an exact date or a promise. They've fallen quite a lot in the past few months and this just does it for me. Sometimes they're alright, sometimes they just aren't. An update. FedEx can't even promise me a day when the package would arrive. Fan bloody tastic.
P	Philip Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with Fedex Singapore. Their on-line quoted me $90 Singapore to Melbourne (Au). When the bill arrived on my CC statement it was $270. All this for a 1.5kg square cardboard box. When i contacted them to explain their charge, they sent me the delivery confirmation. When i explained that i wanted an explanation, they simply never got back to me. Genuinely very poor service, and very expensive. Will never use again, will never recommend, will actively discourage everyone i speak to to adopt the same attitude.
