Order from foodpanda. What i received is not same as in the picture menu(Roti John). Watery chili sauce and even foreign object in the food

Ordered take away through panda. Firstly, ordered fish soup with milk but there wasn't any milk. Seems like they don't add their seaweed anymore also. Secondly, while I was eating, there was some sort of a piece of metal wire from those metal brushes you use for washing dishes.

Ordered bee hoon fried fish soup take away. Approached a staff manning the take away counter to ask if my order is ready or not. He was not busy at the moment. He told me to look for my order myself. There were a lot of other orders waiting to be collected, but here he is, looking calm and unconcerned about all the orders waiting to be called out for collection. So I had to personally open other customers' orders to look for mine. What if other customers has dirty hands and they rumaged through the orders, contaminating them? Absolutely unacceptable especially this during Covid19 period. Could you also imagine if dishonest customers were to help themselves to the other orders on the counter? Honestly, the restaurant dont look understaffed, but just manned by unprofessional workers. Edit: I just found out that they even forgot to put the fried fish in my order! The food here is great, dont get me wrong. But their service is absolutely the worst!

service 5/10 ambience 7/10 teh tarik 2/10 food 4/10 if the teh tarik aint good nothing aint good, tastes bland and prata not crispy, not rly nice. ordered kway teow prawn for $7 not worth the price even bagus below 5 and better. i'll tell you to just skip this place and head to saffrons that is around the corner ??

The baked bean in the fish and chip as in the menu entice me to order. Price increase shockingly. The worse part it came without my favourite baked bean. When asked why no baked bean as in the picture? I was given stupidest answer , "that was old picture" So disappointed. ITS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!!! Call me 9384 9004 if want to improve

I came here for the first time recently, it was fully packed even at +10pm! Luckily, when I got there was just enough space for my girlfriend and I. The person who cleans the tables has a certain sarcastic humor that I think is more informal, but they also seem very polite and friendly. The ordering process is simple for anyone with a smartphone, order online and pay for your order to go to the kitchen. I paid in cash at the cashier no problem. We ordered one upsize drink and one regular drink. If you love a lot of liquid in your diet definitely go for the upsize because it's 2.5 times the amount of liquid for only $2 more! (Refer to photo, so much value for money!) The only downside is that if you choose less ice I don't think they actually put less ice. We ordered a cheese egg prata with sausage and a pizza mutubark as well. The prata was wonderful and really cheesy according to my partner and I had a bite, amazed. The pizza mutubark really intrigued us because we have never seen it before which is why we ordered it. The reason why this item has its own paragraph is because it's SO good, it's full of veriety! Broccoli, cauliflower, peas, carrot, sausage, minced meat, a little bit of cheese and tomato sauce! It's definitely something to try, it's amazing and all went well together! Definitely for someone who loves their vegetables, but there's definitely meat sprinkled in to make it more balanced. All going nicely with a wonderful chicken curry that's just spicy enough for a kick but not burn your tongue off! A noteworthy thing is that they served our meal with a small "salad" which was some refreshing cucumber with tomato sauce, free of charge! All in all I have the sensing that this is a place that cares for the customer's health and gives a wealth of veriety with creative and effective fusion cuisine dishes while still respecting Malay tradition.

Terrible service! Ordered from grab app cos Al-Azhar is having 30% off promo. In the end, the delivery guy isnt from grab at all and the delivery was handled by the merchant itself. Took 2hrs to deliver my food. Food arrived late, ok.... FOOD ARRIVE IN THIS STATE IS UNACCEPTABLE! My tom yam soup spilled HALF THE BOWL ????

Me and my 10 colleagues visited Al-Azhar Tampines on 9th December and trust me, we were not disappointed. The service offered by all the staff were swift and professional. Despite it being a full house, they effortlessly accommodated for us, finding 3 tables for us so that we can sit nearby as a group (due to the 5 pax restrictions). The food was amazing, ?????????? especially the steaks. The cook on the steak was on point and the temperature on the steaks was as what we requested (medium well). We really don’t have any complains at all because all the food were delicious and scrumptious. Don’t even get me started on the drinks especially the milkshakes. One of the best tasting milkshakes I’ve tried. All in all, we really are impressed by the fast service, the delicious food and the ambience of the place that could cater to our sizing needs. Rest assured, we will definitely come back to Al-Azhar Tampines, and maybe even other Al-Azhar outlets. ???? 5 ⭐️ / 5 ⭐️
