★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the two Prata stalls of redhill market, they have 9 different kind of pratas to choose from, some Murtabak and Thosais.
They're usually open later than the other stall and quite friendly, you can order, sit and come back later to get your food.
There's only savory pratas tho, no sweets

The stall owner is a very friendly guy, very helpful and polite.
Bought 2 plain pratas and didn't expected the lady to serve me generous scoops of 2 different flavours of curry sauce for dipping (mutton and fish). The taste was an explosion of flavours into the mouth. The fish curry sauce is a mixed of spice with a tangy taste and the fragrance of fish. The mutton curry sauce, has the fragrance of spices and the distinct mutton fragrance cooked to perfection.
Dip the prata into both sauce and you will get another new flavour.
Usually, the regular prata stall would just give 1 flavour.
Would return again for another wonderful gastrointestinal experience of flavors.
