โ โ โ โ โ Sandwiches kinda remind me of being back in Europe. Hearty bread (which is hard to find), great flavor as it's a simple sandwich and good price for the Sail and this area.

โ โ โ โ โ Super convenient grocery store under the Sail that has lots of little things you may need from matches, to cheese, to wine, waking liquid. They are always open and the staff are awesome. Will always give them my business and they take GrabPay, bonus!

โ โ โ โ โ The sandwiches ?? are absolutely delicious ?. Prices are reasonable??. Our family will always order whenever there is no cooking at ?. The staff ??are very friendly and polite. We can also call to order our food - good service ??.

โ โ โ โ โ This appears to be an independent convenience store largely catering to the residents of the area. Located on B1, it stocks all the essentials, but with a larger than expected selection of wines - and at very competitive prices.
Notable is the deli counter, which offers a good selection of freshly made sandwiches for lunch. There is often a crowd of people waiting for their sandwiches - recommended is the roast beef.

Always high quality and fulfilling bread/wrap.. basically sandwiches with hard bread :)
My comfort food after work and it is affordable with such quality.
Only ever tried the bread (not a fan of pasta or salad so never tried their offerings on these).
Do support them when you're around the area! Uncle owner very friendly :)

โ โ โ โ โ Really well done roast beef sandwich. Roast beef proton is generous and accompanied with a thick tomato slice. This place didnโt skimp you on anything. Prices are fair and staff is super friendly.
