BAD SERVICE! I repeatedly ask about GST for the 7% tax refund and the lady at the register told me that I can just go to airport with the reciept. I asked about giving them my passport so they can register me for eTRS and she was unwilling to give me one. She misinformed me to just go to airport and give them my passport there. I asked repeatedly because of what I read online I went to the airport and airport told me that it has to be at the store and I register my passport there. So the lady at the register lied to me and I am unable to get a tax refund. It's only 8.32 but I am unhappy with the store and will not recommend anyone as their service is terrible.

Great supermarket that has what one needs for a staycation at MBS or for staff ard to get lunch. Great service and nice layout of the products. Makes for good shopping

Experience is bad! Visited today 20 March at 8.15pm. Obviously very limited manpower and bad mannered staff who is in the rush to get rid of paying customers. The payment is a self help counter. I bought 80++ dollars worth of grocery which included heavy glass bottles alcohol. The service staff lacked empathy and kept hurrying us to finish the payment. This is a very bad judgement seeing that we can't be any faster since we are buying quite a number of items and requires packing and it was taking us some time. The lady as the usher was very impatient because she saw the queue was piling up. She came to us twice to hurry us as we are packing glass bottles. Chinese bespectacled Chinese skinny lady with chin length hair. Very bad experience. Pls do something about your service if you want repeated paying customers!!!

The (one and only good) point: lots of variety, and you can get brands not available elsewhere here. Both food and drink items, as well as toiletries.Hence the one star rating. The VERY bad: rude Chinese auntie counter staff who just touches my things without permission - food I PAID for. I have no choice but to raise my voice at her because that’s the only way to stop her from further spoiling my food! Note to management- PLS TEACH YOUR STAFF SOME MANNERS AND COMMONSENSE. YOU HAVE A REPUTATION TO MAINTAIN IF YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF A ‘HIGH-END’ DELI.

This place is called Jason's Deli. It is the same company as Cold Storage (Dairy Farm). Prices are similar to Cold Storage. Essential for necessaties especially alcohol when you are staying at MBS hotel.

A nice, clean, well-stocked convenience store opposite the Marina Bay Sands hotel. Lots of chilled food, snacks and drinks. It's not so hard to find - just near the entrance to the shopping centre by the taxi rank. Ground floor level.
