โ โ โ โ โ Food is good but be prepared to pay high price. This shop donโt display prices on their board. Better ask their menu card. I paid $15 for 1 set puri, 3 vadai, 1 kway teow goreng vegetarian and 1 tea and coffee. Might complain to authorities.

I think he is not a local. From drinks to food, he anyhow charges. There is another indian muslim corner near singapore pools. Equally good and cheaper.

โ โ โ โ โ This place is nearer to where I stay. However, after eating the same dishes, I dare to conclude that the Syed Alwi outlet is so much better.
Firstly, the Thosai sauces are quite diluted and hence lack the taste I get at Syed Alwi. Secondly, the chapati was undercook, ?.
The teh O is just as good, ordered another teh tarik which is also good.
Next time, I will travel further for a hearty Thosai and chapati!

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered a chicken maggie goreng and the bill came up to $6. Honestly, it seemed a little steep for a regular neighbourhood Indian muslim food stall. But to be fair, taste-wise, the food was pretty decent. Would give it 4 stars if it was more fairly priced.
