Ordered SGD130 flower bouquet for my friend office grand opening today. Selected the 10am-1pm delivery slot but didnt send on time. There isnt any contact number to call and only email addr.
My friend office closed at 2pm and flower still not delivered. I only received email reply at 6pm informing flower has been safely delivered! I dont know where they left the flower as the office has been closed.
Her flowers is simply a joke!
Strongly recommend big NO for Her Flowers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely not good experience. Delivery service standard is the worst I have encountered. Wonder why they are still in business. Flower delivery are ment for special occasion and they can't be bothered. It's just about making money for this lousy firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars if I could. The worst flower delivery experience I have ever had. Delivery window is 10-1pm, it is currently 5:45PM and they are still unable to provide me with any updates despite me asking thrice. The flowers I ordered are for a wake and time is of the essence. They keep telling me that the delivery driver is busy and cannot provide updates. They have zero coordination and the Instagram and email address provided are unconfactable. Do not buy from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disastrous. Time is NOT of their essence. Delivery timing is supposed to be 10am to 1pm, but the delivery guy came at 3pm. No contact number to call, only can communicate via web chat. The customer service at the web chat is rude and unresponsive. Worse of all, after the whole episode, they are still the same, and unapologetic. Offered a 20% discount, even though I had to run out to another florist to get the flowers I wanted. The delivery came too late. Now, I have an additional bouquet because they just insisted on delivering.
Order on your own risk! I am definitely not patronizing this place again.
