I went there this afternoon because i was tired of my long hair and wanted to switch it up. So i asked the girl to cut it below my jaw so that i do not have to cut it for school and she cuts it below my ear!!! and when i call her out she doesn’t want to accept and tells me that i asked her to cut it that way. She barely understands english and doesnt want to cut layers despite me asking her. Terrible attitude and arrogant. Never coming back here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 9 year old girl for a haircut.the lady told me a hair wash will be good too. I agreed. Then I asked for concave haircut and fringe just above eyebrows. When it was over, I asked the lady where's the concave, she said a bit only because if hair too short, it will not look nice. I know what is a concave and my daughter goes Io other places and had a great concave haircut. And the fringe, was jaggered.and very high. My wife tasked me, what concave is this ? I don't know how to explain. However, I was charged $32 for my daughter. Never again will I go to Alan n Guys. I read so many bad reviews about them and I still went there, my bad. Will not ever go there again. I went there o. 30th Aug 2021.
