Very bad service. Very rude staff and supervisor. Went twice and got scolded twice. Regretted to go thr 2nd time. Really a turn off experience. Totally not recommended. Nobody the shop is empty. Its so near my place and I would love organic products. Managment pls replace your current batch of staff s if u want business. They iterally reject business and super bad attitude. Damn rude too.

Information of their promotions on their website and in store is totally misleading. Just click baits, very unprofessional. When asked regarding the promotion on their website, staff just quotes a random amount 50% more than the promotional price displayed online without asking anything else about hair length etc.

Service rendered: $19 haircut + wash. Bad skills. Not too sure if "hairstylist" knows how to use her tools. Wouldnt trust my looks with them. Never coming back again.

I went to the Plaza singapura branch. The scalp treatment cost $300 plus but the environment in no way near PHS which is at level 4. They tired to sell me package, starting from 40 times and reduce to 5 but I didn't buy. The ambience is not worth ~200 per treatment. Towel was smelly. They were still polite after I said I did not want to buy package. PHS is better in all aspect except they hard sell much much more.

Very bad service by a china guy. Previously my hair was been done by a guy name Ray. He is no longer working there. This china guy was assigned to do my hair. Very bad attitude given to me after I do not want to take up the scalp treatment he had recommended me. On top of service, I am in doubt whether they are using organic as claimed. As there was once, the smell of ammonia was so strong.

Very bad services by the hairdresser. Signed up for package. The hairdresser are not proficient in doing the hair services. When u suggest to do particular hair service. They refuse to do it especially the particular woman with short hair who seem to be the incharge there. The other hairstylists seem to need to follow this particular incharge instructions then they can do it. Anyway very bad service. Signed up for thousands of the package. The hair products do not seem to fulfill the amount of the package purchased. They should reflect on the hairstylist services.

Appalling service by a seemingly very bad tempered hairdresser. I have signed on for a hair colour plus treatment package, and after much cajoling from one of the better and more friendly hairdressers (Ah Wei), who is not based there but is based in a different branch, I agreed to this expensive but appealing package. I have already had 5 or 6 sessions, and mainly I have been satisfied , largely because the treatments were specifically done by the lady I asked for. (Ah Wei - a professional who clearly knows her business well and is also pleasant and polite). Today I asked for only the colour and NOT the treatment as I was running short of time. She said that was fine. After my session, she told me that I had forfeited my treatment and could not do that again at another time.....WHY???????If indeed, that were the case , it is HER responsibility to inform / remind the client of the clauses and its implications BEFORE I begin my session, NOT at the end. As a result, I have lost 60 DOLLARS off my package, just because she knows NOT how to relate to customers OR how to conduct herself professionally in the salon. In all my dealings with her, she falls very short of how Ah Wei knows how to treat and RETAIN their customers. It is of no consequence to the salon that I do my hair treatment today or another day. If you show no flexibility towards your clients, there is no personal touch worth coming back for. I can certainly get the same treatment elsewhere in a place that VALUES their customers. My name is Ms Withana and I, like a previous client in a previous post, have not got the time to make another account for myself, so am using another family member's.

Hard selling staff make the customer feeling uncomfortable maybe should sent them for marketing class. The so called β€œhairstylist” with tomboy style cut my hair uneven! She also don’t care how i want my hair to be cut..even i already show the picture.. I only noticed it after i went home because i just want to get out from the salon! First and Never AGAIN!!
