Alcohol Delivery - Cellarbration - 361 Ubi Rd 3

I have been purchasing wines from this place since years ago, I have great experience in this shop always especially when their sales Mr. Tay (Mr. Zheng) was working in this Ubi showroom. I can say I am a loyal member of the shop with regular purchase (by visit or online). However my visit to Ubi this afternoon made me feel a bit disappointed. This was a regular NZ pinot they always offered with good price $30+ a bottle. However when I made the purchase today tgt with few other bottles, the price shown on the receipt for this pinot was $52 instead of $34. So I double checked with the casher lady, she shown me that in their system there was no promotional price for this bottle. It was indeed $52 and the price tag was wrong & seems like obsolete. So I requested for a refund for $52. Then the lady asked me to wait cos she has no idea on how to proceed with the refund. Her only colleague on duty who knows how to do the refund was in the washroom. So I just stand there and wait. Few minutes later her colleague turmed up. They talked in Tagalog for a while and started to proceed with my refund. The second lady seems like was not really happy about my request once she completed the refund and passed me the revised receipt, no apology or any other words from both of them. This afternoon was definitely not a busy afternoon. I was the only customer in the shop when I was waiting for the refund. A bit sad about this kind of service given, I somehow quite missed those happy moments years ago during my visits to this Ubi showroom. Hope the service level could be improved.

Good options and one shop solution for alcohol drinks.

The service was really spot on and they are very knowledgeable with the drinks. Very helpful and attentive to each one of our customers. We'll definitely come back again in the future as their repetitive customer

Plenty of choices for beer and liquor. Reasonable price and very well stocked. Staff is helpful and courteous. Good ambience for drinking and meeting.

Good deals on alcohol. Though remember to check the expiry dates on beer promotions!

Good prices and very fast delivery. They do have physical stalls in multiple locations on the island but the standout is really the speedy delivery and friendly service. Ordered the night before and received the next day. Items are neatly labelled in how many items of total order. Liked their web layout as well and made it easy to shop for your personal poison among the vast array of selection.

Its an awesome place for alcohol enthusiasts to see all the different types and brands of alcohol available in Singapore. It is also a great place to get your alcohol in large quantities as they have different offers for verity of alcohols all year round. The place has spacious entrance that lets you part your vehicle or get a taxi to ship your alcohol without much hustle. All the staff are pleasant and approachable. They also have a bar setup inside which I haven’t been to yet. Please do share your review on that if you have been there.
