★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience i have ever had...reception staff has no knowledge at all..they just wanted to prove that..your ph is faulty..either by rusty.pin or whatsover reson..as per them i shoul use phone on loudspeker so that the cordless phone pin is not rusty...what a logic..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Factory like office more than a service centre. Staff are inefficient, disinterested, disorganized and look like they have emerged from some 1970's horror movie on how not to run a service centre. Why even bother? They make you feel like you should be grateful they are even there to entertain your warranty/repair claims. Hidden shop of horrors. Once you have their attention, be prepared to wait, they appear to know what to do, but skirt around the rougher edges of customer service. Reflects very poorly on management. Motorola & other serious brands should really reconsider their representation in SG. Poor.
