★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a product from Alcotech recently. The entire process from initial email-contact to phone call and final delivery was a breeze. Alcotech staff were responsive and service-orientated, and answered all my technical queries promptly and accurately.
When my product arrived, damage was found on the hard case, possibly sustained during the courier-process. I contacted Alcotech and a replacement case arrived within two days.
Excellent product. Professional service. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service team. Communication was excellent. I had to urgently arrange for calibration within a short period and they were able to oblige my last minute request. They also gave advice and explained the current state of the units . They even stayed at their office past working hours just to ensure the delivery guy was able to collect and deliver the units to me within the same day. One of the best customer service oriented teams around. Definitely highly recommended.

I feel I understand a lot more now than before. The team also delivered the items quickly and with a smile! I have not tried the panels on any of our clients yet. Will report back when I do. Overall, really appreciated service!
