My wife was in your shop , she overheard a walk in customer making enquiries in MANDARIN. Your female staff told the customer " to speak english " ! You are in a service sector , your staff could have politely replied she dont understand mandarin and not telling the customer to speak english !
We have all walks of people coming from different countries to Singapore for shopping. Do ALDO expect all customers to speak english ?
Can you imagine now u are in France or Spain and the people there told you to speak their language ?
You need to counsel your staffs to be more courteous instead my wife helped to do the translation.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff will attend to you when you seek help, but are incredibly pushy and deceptive with their sales tactics - first saying the size is unavailable then suddenly a customer has given up their reservation after you inquire about availability at other outlets. Pushes customer to hasten purchase so that they can take their break, which is simply nonsensical. Otherwise, the brand has some nice designs, albeit marred by poor customer service at this store.
