โ โ โ โ โ Lovely service from a local lady who went all out to help my mom and me choosing our shoes and always with a smile. Can't wait to visit again with the babies!! Definitely a much better Sketchers to shop at than the horrible service received from the one at Waterway Mall @ Punggol

โ โ โ โ โ Great service! Friendly and patient! I took hours trying and choosing and could not decide which to buy because I was not able to find the exact type that I would want but the staff were ever so kind to get me my sizes for trying and giving me space and didn't mind me coming back again another day to purchase when I have decided. The staff that attended to me were Masyitah (not sure if I spelt correctly) and another Chinese guy that unfortunately I did not get the name. Very nice staff. :)

โ โ โ โ โ Just had the most mind-boggling and paggro experience at the suntec branch.. while standing a metre behind me and away from the shelf, this particular sales person responded to my question with such nonchalance i wonder whats his/her point in being there? I asked the purpose of the styrofoam round things on the soles and his/her reply was "for walking la" (are you thick?)... browsed some more.. then asked me go online find the item model to read the function/details.
Subsequently she asked me what i looking for. I said flat shoe cf. running shoes with slight angle. She looked at me like i was speaking Martian and asked if i am flat-footed. Clarified myself to receive another stupefied look.
Put whatever i was holding back and walked out.
I not one who leaves bad reviews but this experience has left much to be desired. My first experience with the brand all the more!
