She took the initiative and followed up closely with me, asking for the pic of what i like, as well as my dress on the day. When the date came, she made me feel really comfortable and east through the session. The make up and the hair is perfect and it last throughout the entire day. First off, she was very personable and very professional at the same time. The to do list the night before is also very complete! All set up for success for the actual day! I don’t do makeup at all, but makeup on my face didn’t feel uncomfortable or cakey. She made me believe make up need not feel that way. Most importantly, I always like my hair. 2 styles I had from alena. One is this Low bun w fresh flowers! Another is a top crown bun she did for the pre wedding shoot. I love them both.

Alena gave me a pre-treatment consultation and she drew the outline of the liner so I can decide whether to change before proceeding. The numbing creams or lotions used for aesthetic embroidery treatments wear off pretty fast so don't hesitate to let her know. The pain level is bearable to me and the whole process took less than 3 hours. Alena is skillful and patient, I am so glad that I try this! Waking up to brighter and bigger eyes without the hassle of putting on makeup is so awesome!

She sent me photos and provide suggestions on what would look good on me. She also asked for details of my wedding dress so she could put together the perfect look for me. The process was very smooth. She arrived ahead of time on the actual day and stayed beyond the agreed hours so she could help me with getting the wedding gown on before doing final touches. I loved how friendly and professional Alena was. She is a very experienced makeup artist and uses very good skincare (super impressed haha!) and makeup products.
