Great place for elderly folks

Our family is ever grateful to the tender loving care St Luke’s Hougang Meadow center had rendered to my father for all the time he had spent at the center. My father is very happy to have made acquaintance with all staff at St Luke’s HMC. With Special mention to Molly & Sophia. Apologies for me not being able to call out all names. But my father is ever grateful till his last moment. Till his last moment, my father had requested to pay visit to the center as he wanted to revisit the staff and all his buddies. We are ever grateful of the wonderful care & sweet moments that St Luke’s HMC & it’s family had given to my father. Thou lymphoma had taken our father from us, but the support provided by St Luke’s HCM is invaluable to us. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL AT ST LUKES HMC & all residents.

My mum joined the centre in September and we do see that she looks forward to going for the interactions and activities at the centre. The entire team at the centre is dedicated and caring. Kudos to Molly who keeps up with fotos on the activities the folks have at the centre and being there to ally my concerns, provide assurance , advice and a listening ear.

I world like to express my gratitude to st Luke hougang meadow manager Ms Molly, who is so understanding and approachable. She took the trouble to explain to me and my sister about the centre activities before we enrolled my m mom. When we need to transfer my mom to another centre due to change in circumstances, she trIed her best to assist and make the transfer process so smooth, that we can proceed with our changed plan. The centre ambiance is clean, and organised. The staff are friendly and attentive. they will make sure all patients are engaged in the activities to stimulate their brain. I would like to specially thanks to Mr Daniel & Mr william, who always joke with my mom. She likes the good attitude of staff there. I would not hesitate to recommend this senior care centre to anyone who need this service for their love ones

My mom is a dementia patient and she suffers from depression at the same time. I brought her to St Luke’s ElderCare Hougang Meadow Centre on 15 Aug 2018. In my brief interaction with the day care centre staffs and the feedback from my mom, I gathered that the staff are indeed passionate & caring. We feel a great sense of relief after my mom started attending the day care centre. Within the short span of a week, her mood changed tremendously. She seems much happier and looks forward to going to the centre daily. She kept singing praises of the day care centre staff, saying that they are very caring and show great concern towards the old folks. Special mention goes to Molly and Daniel who are extremely caring and also for providing her safe trips to and from her home. We feel so happy as mom found a second home as well as physical & mental well being. We will highly recommend SLEC to old folks.
