Each time the cargo lift can only access 1 level at a time.
Worst thing is when someone never press the close button, it will not close and remain on that level until some kind souls press it.
1 out of 2 lift is power up only unless request from guard room

A bit old building but nicely maintained.
About 15 mins walk from labrador park mrt.
Many direct buses from telok blangah mrt which will drop on main road and there is walking tunnel to tech park.
Got food court at the hub building at level 2.
Couple of coffee shops around.
Mapple tree got a bigger food court which is 5 mins walk from back gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited my vendor at this place. It was huge office area. Got lost because I was using different lift to go down instead of the same one and went to carpark at different tower. Came with waze and showed me only one tower parking which at tower B. Didn't know there were other as well, can even park at the outdoor, only few parking spots though.
Not at the lifts were working. Was looking around for lifts at the basement carpark, ended up using stair to go up.
