★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Cheng is very professional, and a genuinely sincere and nice doctor. He’s not out for your money, and would recommend a treatment that is efficient and customised to the individual. Also the staff there were pleasant and kind. Awesome experience, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got referred by friend, claiming that Dr Alfred is capable. Indeed he was very quick. Asked the ppl ard me that wore braces before and their appointment are lengthy. But Dr Alfred finishes up quickly, which can be a good or bad thing. Personally I feel that Dr Alfred is very quick to a point that he have no time for me and wants to attend the next person asap. Much to my dismay, he doesnt slight cleansing to the teeth as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT RECOMMENDED - BAD EXPERIENCE. I did 2.5 years of braces with Dr Cheng. And upon completion he gave me a retainer which broke within months. I called to get a replacement one and they said that they have lost my tooth imprint and that there was nothing they could do about it. They wouldnt even re-imprint my teeth. Without retainer my teeth quick readjusted itself to pre-braces conditon.
Thousands of dollars and all the time wasted!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited twice, once to make retainer and once for braces consultation, great experience. Dr Cheng is professional and honest in assessing my case. Minimal waiting time, place runs like clockwork. Very impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always wondered if I was too old to do braces as an adult. I did my braces with Dr Cheng here 3 years ago and have no regrets since. I liked that adjustments were quick and efficient. Dr Cheng is fast with his hands and each appointment takes less than 15 minutes. This makes the process more bearable cause you know it will be over very quickly. He doesn't initiate much small talk though he is very friendly and will chat with you if you strike one. Despite that, he has a warm smile and always makes me feel at ease in his clinic. While waiting, I always see his other patients coming in and out, happy with their visit. Note that Dr Cheng doesn't do extractions or routine cleaning. For those, stick to your regular dental clinic!
