Dr Tabitha Chng really has her way with kids! Love how skilled and smooth she was when she showed me how I can better brush my son's teeth! Highly recommend her to everyone!

Dr neo is an expert at his field and very professional at solving my gum problems. Feels safe whenever i come to visit knowing that my teeth is in good hands.

This place definitely deserve a 0 star review. First they ask the patient to remove the mask. Next, the doctor came talking to the patient without wearing a mask, coughing away and therefore risking the patient’s life in danger of being infected with COVID-19. Two persons interacting very closely without a mask on, and he is coughing. What is this? Singapore is in the midst of dealing with new fast and contagious covid variants and the medical staffs here are taking it too easy. Disappointed and regretted my decision for visiting this clinic terribly. It was supposed to be a specialist clinic and I was expecting the doctor and nurse to be professional. To my horror, this was the worse clinic I’ve ever encountered in my life. Basic hygiene practices were not in place. My visit to this clinic put me under tremendous stress as it was during the midst of a pandemic. Too many lapses that made me believe this place could potentially turn into a huge covid cluster. A nurse who is shown in the picture I provided had her mask pulled all the way down to her chin, walking around like nobody’s business and as you can see in the picture, a patient is standing right in front of her. After seeing the actions of the doctor, I wouldn’t be surprised when their nurse behave this way. While I was waiting for the bill, there is this patient in an orange shirt as shown in the picture who was wearing his mask below his nose. No staff or front desk receptionist bothered to ask him to pull up his mask. It really makes me wonder if I should be the one leaving the clinic so as to do myself a favour not to be potentially exposed and risk myself. How disappointing. As a basic respect to the medical staff, I kept my cool. Front desk receptionist made too many mistakes that even intern students or fresh receptionist shouldn’t have made. Failure to check the documents and didn’t bother to read the content of the document that she passed to me resulted in many inconvenient trips for me to get back to her. I seriously hope that they will wake up, do their part and treat COVID-19 seriously as there are too many vulnerable patients in Mount Elizabeth hospital who cannot afford to be exposed or infected by the fatal virus unnecessarily. I am always very careful with my daily actions to prevent getting infected and thus I cannot allow myself to forgive this clinic for their absolute complacency and multiple lapses in providing a safe environment for all patients.

Needed wisdom tooth extraction but was worried about the complications as I'm only 11 weeks pregnant.Was attended by Dr Ho Kok Sen. He is very professional. I'm amazed by how fast the entire process of extraction is. Thumbs up to specialist dental group.

Dr Tan Kian Meng had to re-do some issues done by my previous dentist. He is very patient and made sure that I have the best biting, even when that meant doing bit by bit, taking up a lot of his time. The material he used for my fillings did not give me the “too hot/burnt” feel on my tooth when the light was directed on it, as compared to my experience at the other dentist. Also, he does not make me feel pressured to take the more expensive option as he always tell me there are other options that I should consider first, and he wanted me to try 1 before doing it for other teeth. In summary, he’s the best dentist I’ve ever met! He’s very approachable, patient and certainly did his very best for his patients. Thank God for knowing you, Dr Tan! ?

Great facilities, Very good services, never have to wait more than 5 min. for any appointment in 10 years. Doctors and staff clearly customer oriented. Price of service maybe higher than other, relocation, however the experience is worth the price. Highly recommended for the one who takes his teeth’s health very seriously.

This is the 1st time I experienced No pain dental deep cleaning although I still have a bit of numbness after leaving the clinic. It is amazing to realise How things could be done after 60 years old. If this was known much earlier, many wouldn't be scared to go seeing a dentist, especially one who is kind & beautiful.

Both my husband and I attend the Specialist Dental Group seeing different dentists. The service is always exemplary and they are definitely skilled in their areas of specialty - my husband had a complex tooth extraction and bone graft, and I needed a new crown! The practice staff know you by name and treat you as a important patient. Very professional practice all round. Highly recommended!
