★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always eat SATAY at Alhambra n notice that the quality is a bit f.down..the meat.... satay beef n mutton is tough..but the chicken satay is A grading(soft n tasty)
The gravy (peanut )..is thick but the taste is not ad goo as I Tested before! ?
Spoilt my expection...I came all the way from Balestier rd. with the intention of eating satay...but alas..???
zi did a little 'marketing' everything was fine...no complaint...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst satay ever. See my Tripadvisor review. Should avoid this stall in geylang serai at all cost. Satay meat not cooked well, .meat on the hard side, maybe they use the cheapest animal parts to do their satay. In between meat they add fats to it, to make fast bucks I guess. This fat insert style you only can see in Malaysia and Indonesia. In Singapore first time this stall this standard. You ask them extra gravy, the lady will charge you extra. Bought back home for iftar and disappointed with the standard.My kids just didn't want to eat as the meat was hard. First and last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please trust me do not get satay at this place. Really uninterested cook and satay was undercooked. Could not even give us a bowl for takeaways. I am writing this review so in future i will remind myself not to go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad satay. The meat is tough and not cooked properly. Ordered chicken and beef but was given lamb and beef instead. Order was written by hawker on a whiteboard but still gotten the order wrongly. Do not recommend to buy from this stall.

Food quality: Average satay and rice. Gravy is ok.
Food portion / Price: $0.7 per stick, in line with most stalls.
Payment: Cash only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both mutton and beef satay were as hard as cardboard. The fats on the mutton still remained hard even after the bbq. The gravy was thin.
Alhambra satay was super delicious 10 years ago. Now the taste is just unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a nice satay in Geylang, good lemongrass and turmeric flavour and delicate char to it.
They were accommodating to me, allowing me to have a mee rebus served with 3 satay for $5, a combo they don't normally offer on their menu.
