★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ali Corner was the only Malay stall in Tiong Bahru market for long time. All time favs are nasi lemak and lontong.
Lontong is very lemak ( coconuty flavour ) and right consistency, you can taste lots of fragrant spices in this bowl.
My other tried and tested dish here is nasi lemak, if you like Malay nasi lemak vs the other Chinese & ‘peranakan’ one in this hawker center, Ali Corner it is. Fragrant rice, crispy chicken, yummy sambal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ali Corner at Tiong Bahru hawker centre (#02-17) offers a wide selection of Malay dishes at reasonable prices.
I particularly like their nasi lemak which unfortunately I’ve forgotten to take a pic of before I started to eat! ??♂️?
Will add on more pics when I’m next here for breakfast ?
