Accompany my mum to Tiong Bahru market for marketing and had our breakfast over there . Happened to saw this Min Nan prawn noodle stall and my mum wanted to give it a try. We order a bowl of pork ribs prawn noodle dry . To my surprise the noodle was fantastic. Rich prawn and pork broth packed with umami . The thing that really shouted for is their sambal chili blended really well with their noodle . Would strongly recommend the dry version for their spectacular chili blend . We packed a few box back home for our family they love it so much . Bravo Min Nan prawn noodle at Tiong Bahru , you had conquer my family taste bud . We will go back and support soon ??? Sengkang and pasir ris fans woohoo ?

Min Nan Pork Rib Prawn Noodles offers a affordable and quality bowl of prawn noodles. For just $5, i got the pork rib prawn noodles dry and what i can say is that the noodles are nice and chewy, the veggies and taugeh provides a nice freshness and crunch whiles the sauce mixed with chilli gives it a sweet punch. The prawns were a tad bit small but for $5, i cannot complain much. The pork ribs were the star of the show for me as it was nice, chewy and fatty. The broth is sweet and light on the palate, just the thing for me! Overall for a $5 bowl of noodles, i would say its a bang for a buck, A must try!

I had more pork ribs than prawns when prawns should be the main for prawn noodle. And the prawns are so small. Worst, the broth is the worst I ever had from a prawn noodle stall.

Ordered the dry version of pork ribs prawn noodle soup and wasn't disappointed at all. Prawns were peeled and fresh, and the pork ribs were tender. Even the small bowl of soup that came along with it was full of (prawn) taste!

Located at one of Singapore most well know Tiong Bahru Market food center where many of the delicious local delights can be found under the same roof. Min Nan Prawn soup are less thick but it is still full of favour and served with soft pork ribs and fresh prawns. The queue can be rather long but is definitely worth a try.

Good portion for a $6 noodles. After all not many popular prawn noodle places you can find quality below $6. Ribs were a bit too chewy and bland for my liking, 3 whole prawns, not halves unlike many others, size a little small and their freshness so-so. The thing that captures here is the sambal chilli, the generous pork lard, and the soup. Not too sugary sweet or pork bone and garlic overpowering, makes the soup heavenly, the Crunchy thick pork lard pieces and the chilli noodles nailed it for me.

Had high hopes after reading positive reviews but sadly it didn’t live up to expectations. Soup was bland and had little to no prawn taste.

Price recently went up. $5 for 2 prawns & 3 pork rib pcs now. Had the dry version and liked it. Noodles were bouncy and the Chili complements the overall experience well. Prawns were fresh but albeit small.
