I don’t usually write reviews but due to the excellent service and positive interaction that I have experienced with Hebe and Huihui, I felt that a review is well warranted. Hebe was not pushy nor fake, well knowledgeable with their products and packages. As we had a budget therefore she tried to include the best possible deals to work with within our budget. Told her that we need a couple of days to consider and she took it well. Subsequently after signing, HuiHui was assigned as our service consultant. Due to COVID, our wedding dinner was delayed multiple times. Therefore requiring a number of trips for fitting. Huihui was patience and always serve with a smile despite the numerous changes in timing and trips. She is very observant in noticing the likes and dislikes of ours, selecting only the gowns and suits that might interest us. She is also very Helpful and gentle during the fitting process. They were also very willing to help make changes to the gown as we are quite conservative. Overall we would recommend them as your choice of bridal boutique as it’s affordable and value for money given the service and fantastic experience we had with them.

We did our pre-wedding shoot and rented our actual day gowns from Alisha & Lace, and had a great experience! Huihui has an excellent eye and was able to recommend gowns that I liked only just by asking a few questions on my preferences and observing the style I tended to choose. She is so pleasant to work with, and very professional. Quality of wedding gowns were high too, and the designs were lovely. Had a good range to choose from!

SIGN AT YOUR OWN RISK. I wish i could give them zero star as Hebe is a very fake person, in order to sign you she will act very friendly and give a lot of empty promises, she showed us some gowns on her iPad saying they have these gowns but after we sign with them and went for gown fitting, they say they don’t have the gown all along. Their attitude and service changed drastically after we signed the package. We felt so cheated. Really regret engaging them for our wedding.

Hebe is very fake and will use a lot of fake methods to portray a fake image and fake reviews, i never seen such a fake person with fake personality that it seriously disgust me. A word of advice to you, if you want people to write good things, treat people with respect

Signed PWS package on hitcheed event (year 2019). We wanted to go to TW for our PWS but due to covid, we have to change it to Singapore. Hebe - A friendly and nice lady that prompt in replying enquiries. Hui Hui - The staff who attended me while i was choosing gown for my PWS. She let me tried quite a numbers of gown and recommended me. Max is friendly and during the photoshoot he would recommend nice pose / angle. He will also say some jokes to lighten up our mood. The problem is me who can’t smile naturally . I tried my best to smile good but he always jokingly said my smile a bit fake . He is very accommodating to our request and we actually asked him to take one of the most challenging shot for us. He climbed up the ladder to specifically take for us that angle. He was a bit trembling but he still tried his best to take for us. Plus plus points! As you all know Canterbury is a slope down so is quite dangerous for him to stand at the ladder to take. (But i have my brother to hold the ladder for him) Prior to the shoot, we asked him have he done something like this before? He said no because require a ladder or he needs to stand on top of the car to take that angle. This specific photo can help him to upgrade his portfolio. (That’s what my hub told him hahaha) 辛苦他了～ MUA- Xiao Qi : She is friendly and do things fast and good. I love the makeup and all the hairdo she did for me. Initially I suggested that 3 hairdo that i want but ended up she did the hairdo that she recommended which was better than what i initially want :) i trust her taste

Was cautious about bridal studios but my wife signed us up anyway LOL. Please do not hesitate to sign with Alisha if you are looking for a reliable, honest and pleasant pre-wed shoot. Hebe - coordinated photographer and makeup artist for us, and helped my wife picked out wonderful dresses. The photographs taken were delivered as promised, timely and efficient. Max - our photographer. Pick him! Maximum effort, maximum dedication to his craft. I was so impressed during pre-wedding shoot day with him. His photographs turned out perfect. Hebe was engaging and friendly. Tried on countless pieces but she didn’t rush but took time to recommend designs similar to my preferences until i was able to decide on the gown of my choice.
