β β β β β I messaged dang bridal to ask whether they had evening gowns that were on sale. The person who replied was extremely rude. His/ her first response wasβ What is your budget?β And after I replied, I was put on seen and there was no reply thereafter. This behaviour is extremely rude. This reflects your extremely poor customer service. Most stores would usually respond with β Thank you for your inquiry. May I know what is your budget?β And if my budget is too low they usually respond with β I am sorry but our dresses may have exceeded your budget by __β This is the proper customer etiquette that your store lacks.

β β β β β Dang's dresses are gorgeous. These are couture grade gowns going at VERY reasonable prices. The material here is premium and the cut/ workmanship is unparalleled - and it shows (: I absolutely love the gowns here. I wish I could wear every single gown. And of course, the cheongsams are beautiful too. The appliquΓ© technique is meticulous (unlike some shops which slap their lace bits on quite thoughtlessly) and I love that she uses silk for the cheongsams. It falls and holds your body in a very flattering manner and has a classier feel compared to the digio/Rico types.
I promised my husband-to-be that I'd give myself a few days before I decide on the gown but I'm completely sold and i'm posting a Google review at 4am cause I can't stop thinking about the gown.

β β β β β My wedding was perfect, except for the choice of this bridal shop and the make up artist they use call Joey Chan. Expect hidden cost, actual needle poke, dress that is alter incorrectly, overly tight and make up artist that is rude, uncooperative, pulled half of your hair out. Use them.
