โ โ โ โ โ Its not professional at all... reflected items picked up at 3pm. Although window period of delivery 2 to 6pm... its passed the delivery time frame. Called the number reflected in sms 62253225 , nobody picked up and mailbox is full. Please do not promise the time frame if your company cannot honour it.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst shipping company I ever experienced. Not proffessional at all from their management to staff ,delay my shipment for almost 3 weeks because of poor arrangement and follow up and give empty promise for 3 times on the date of delivery but never turn up .think twice if you are considering for their service unless you dont mind to get high blood pressure.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor customer service. The courier has been confirmed to be delivered from 9am to 1pm yet despite numerous calls, all I got from the operator is that the driver might be jammed on the road etc .
If your company has confirmed that the parcel will be delivered at a certain timing that it should honor it's words!!

โ โ โ โ โ Very good place to work at. Workers can anyhow do their work and go back home without finishing it and cause other people to stay back extra 1 hour to finish or re-do for them. Reported to the management twice, and instead of punishment, they got promoted.

โ โ โ โ โ I was sleeping and there goes someone knocking profusely on my door in the early morning so loud+so many times. I saw my neighbour's gates were opened when I received the item.
The delivery uncle looked like he is here to ่ฎจๅบ from me. Very impatient, rude and unfriendly.
He did not think about my feelings at all. No greetings at all. Please change the delivery company, Canon.
