★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional service by Ivy. Extended my motor insurance by 84 days to renew road tax, got quoted $300+ on the phone. Invoice me 3 weeks later $500+. Called her immediately and mentioned the premium was not right. After 3 weeks, no follow up from her and when I called over, told me the $500+ premium is correct. Regardless of her mistake or not, very unprofessional service. Better to avoid

This year, they did not remind us of the renewal and due to some internal matters, our truck insurance and road tax had expired in Jun without us knowing. When we contact them, the girl actually say it is not their problem that we did not received their reminder and have the cheek to ask my colleague "what do you want me to do now"
