I have been using the 2nd hand car purchased from Car Lingual for nearly 4 months and the car had not given me any problems and had passed its mandatory VICOM inspection. I felt that Delen was generally very accommodating and tried to be helpful as much as I can. He waited for me until over 8 pm to help hand over the vehicle to me. He even provided advice after the purchase when I encountered issues registering the vehicle for the VEP. Even though there were other minor matters which I would have preferred and the price was slightly more expensive than other dealers, we decided to make the purchase anyway. We thought that the condition of the car of great, and based on the maintenance receipts, the previous owner seemed meticulous in maintaining the vehicle. Overall, I felt at ease dealing with Delen as he had been very accommodating and attempted to be as helpful as possible whenever I had inquiries for the paperwork, and even after he handed the vehicle to me. Most importantly, we did not regret the purchase as the car had served beyond expectations in the past 4 months.
