Instead, the contractor gave some trial and error recommendations as he was not able to resolve the leak even after hacking the walls. Finally, I invited Wein for a free consultation. He shared that he would only provide a quote after assessing the problem and I was thinking he may intentionally magnify the problem so as to get the business. To my surprise, he was very careful and patient in checking out the source of the leak and even confidently shared a DIY method to resolve the problem. I really cannot thank him enough, especially when he did not lied about the problem hoping to just get the business. You will go far and beyond, Wein! For your honesty! Strongly recommended to engage this company for any waterproofing problems.

Unlike other money-grabbing businesses, they were consultative and listened to our roof repair requirements. Alongside being patient with our questions, they also went the extra mile to send us constant updates/ pictures on their progress, regardless of time of day. In the end, we not only have a sturdy roof but the job was completed faster than expected. The workers also left the site clean and tidy. If you want a peace of mind around roof repairs/waterproofing, Roy/Lim are your go-to dream team. You will be impressed!

Y	Yj Yao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a leaking complaint from our downstairs neighbour, and our MCST maintenance team said it's likely a waterproofing problem, so I called up Allstar for site visit and quotation. Mr Johnson Chin came and looked around for about an hour to evaluate the problem and assessed that the root cause is leaking water supply pipe. He suggested us to engage a plumber instead. Throughout the whole site visit, he was patient, climbing up and down between 2 houses and also gave advices to our other leaking matters. Although we did not engage their service, I am impressed and thankful for the service and advices provided by Johnson.
