★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being the first unit to install an awning at our condo was a big challenge. But Seh Yee, from Perfect Deco, made it a lot easier for us.
For nearly 3 months, Seh Yee with her great experience and patience, worked with us to obtain information and approvals from our condo’s MCST and various authorities.
Our awning was finally installed and it looks great!!! (see Photo).
Thanks to Seh Yee and the professional team from Perfect Deco for having such a superb job done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was referred to Perfect Deco Pte Ltd thro my friend and was pleasantly delighted with their professionism in the whole journey experience.The boss Mr Victor Lim was friendly and very experienced; quick to response to our enquiry and the quotation was almost immediate. when we confirmed the project, the whole project consisting of 3 sets of roof canopies for our landed property was being processed at a amazing speed ! it was ready for installation within a week! and the whole installation was fanastic! the whole team click so professional in the whole execution of the installations and it was completed within 3 days ! i would strongly recommend their services to those looking at awnings for their premises - we are very happy with their services - they promised and delivered !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Landed House roof awning was done 4 years ago. due to fair wear and tear there are some leaking issue. Called the Boss Victor up and he did an inspection and immediately send his guys down within few days.
Till now everything is fine and the Boss even call up to check on the status.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect Deco did my place up in Telok Kurau in 2011. Trellises were installed in my balcony and also the 2nd floor open terrace. The decade I lived there, I had no problems till I sold the place and upgraded. The new place had a bigger open terrace spanning ~20m in depth and ~7m wide. I didn't hesitate to engage Perfect Deco's Victor and Ah Yee again.
This time round the job was even bigger as I also need to cover my wet kitchen on the first floor and also the 2nd floor balcony.
The job quality was second to none. As usual, they didn't disappoint. The job was so well done with motorised shades from Somfy all round.
I would highly recommend them for all your trellis and shades needs.
