โ โ โ โ โ The principal, San Yi was highly recommended to me by a friend who is a veteran in the property management industry to address the many problems in my house, especially those of water seepage. San Yi did a thorough inspection and takes the effort to explain the causes of the problems I face, going into technical details sometimes. He used specialist instruments to measure the dampness of the area of my house with waterproofing issues. He conducted a ponding test to identify and eliminate sources of water leakage in my master bathroom. Subsequently he obtained quotations from three contractors so I can make comparisons and select the most appropriate one. I find him professional and knowledgeable. He is ever so patient in answering my queries. I felt reassured having him oversee the rectification works in my house. Will definitely consult him again in future and recommend him to anyone looking for a good surveyor.
