I am a loyal customer of AlphaKleen because they are very responsive, arrive well-equipped (heavy-duty vacuum and an arsenal of cleaning tools and liquids), are hard-working and meticulous in their cleaning, reasonably priced, and best of all, extremely effective in removing deep stains. I forgot to take "before" photos but I have a free-roaming cat so things do get pretty mucky. But after an afternoon with AlphaKleen, my sofas, arm chairs study chairs, dining chairs and carpets look brand new (stains are all gone) and are extremely clean. I have been recommending AlphaKleen to my family and friends and would not hesitate to recommend them to any one who wants to give their furniture a new lease of life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged to clean sofa and rug. Sofa was fine. Staff were helpful and professional. Rug was returned feeling damp and smelling quite bad. They were quick to respond and picked it up for a second cleaning. Came back better but still has a slight "wet dog" smell even couple of weeks later that wasnt there before. We will now just try sunning it ourselves and hope for the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam and another woman came to do the cleaning of my sofa, bed and the bed headboard. We were very impressed by how thoroughly on the cleaning. They also tried not to make any mess during the cleaning. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service response to enquiry by KC, able to send staff down with short notice. The staff doing cleaning of my mattress is good n managed to get the spots removed. Only that some stain appear again after awhile when settled. Overall they did try their best.

KC attended to my mails and WhatsApp; he was quick in responding and provided me with a reasonable quote. My 3 years old fabric sofa, arm chair and footstool are as good as new now. Highly recommended!
