Most trainers will just throw a bunch of abbreviations they call ‘models’ at you, but through exercises, stories, jokes and a lot of energy, he made sure we understood the concept intuitively. If you’re disciplined, it’s very easy to make it a habit (if you know how to utilize the power of habits).
