Nice rooms, great hospitality. Good access to surrounding attractions (walking distance to Merlion Plaza). Reasonably priced.

Exemplary service, both at the front desk and Shuttle restaurant! Thoughtful arrangements for guest celebrating birthday. Relaxing staycation, will return again! ??

Took too long to check in but it was fine cuz of great service from the restaurant Shutters. Extremely recommend this restaurant because of excellent service, quality of foods as well as the atmosphere. It was my birthday and i was totally surprised with those friendly staffs, Xiong.. and Lui.. something cause i can’t see their name clearly. Delivery time also not took too long as i expect. Strongly recommend to stay here. Great location, awesome views and room. Couldn't ask for a better hotel!

This hotel is horrible. Everything is chargeable. Staff is Super serious and unfriendly. I stayed in a two-bedroom villa with private pool, and the hotel only to provide 4 towers and expect guests to stay dry when there’s a pool in their villa. All extra towels are chargeable. This is the worst resort I ever stay. We come to resort for vacation, but they make guests feel like being locked in prison!

Mixed feelings about rooms, below average amenities We had a staycation with friends. We stayed at the one bedroom villa. While our friends stayed at the courtyard suite. We arrived early and were informed at check-in that our rooms weren't ready. So we asked reception where the restaurant is. We would have lunch first. She showed us the direction of Shutters restaurant. When we reached the restaurant, we were told it is closed for a wedding lunch. Surprising. The hotel is not that huge. Why wasn't reception informed? A service staff said we could have lunch at the bar instead and showed us there. The place felt claustrophobic and mouldy? We decided not to do that. So we went back to reception and asked for an early check-in so we could order room service. She told us that the courtyard suite was ready. So we made our way there. Abject disappointment :( That was what we felt when we saw the suite. It was dated. And small. Certainly not what one expects of a room costing $400++ close to $500. We proceeded to order room service. And then realize there wasn't anywhere in the room appropriate for us to dine on. So we followed up with reception about the villa. Finally we were told it's ready. So we asked for room service to be transferred to the villa. Fortunately, the villa is nice! Yay! A win after so many disappointments! At least, the villa matched its price tag. I wish the standards could have been more consistent at Amara Sanctuary Resort. And that there was more communication among the staff/departments. I wanted to love this staycation. Hopefully, the hotel will improve!

Terrible place to stay. The only saving grace was the friendly staff who tried their best. But the infrastructure of this place is much left to be desired for. Old fittings, alot of plumbing and electrical issues, worn out furniture . It was just one issue after another. The staff were apologetic but there wasn't much they could do unless they took it upon themselves to do a major renovation. The room rates were expensive as well. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this hotel. There are nicer ones in sentosa and around the same price point. U won't enjoy your stay here it has been a stressful ordeal for me and my family wasting time having to deal with their lack of maintenance.

Probably the worst "5 star" hotel I have stayed. In room dining selection is very limited, rooms are old and dated. Hotel service is almost none since the second we stepped into the reception, no security guard no concierge was there to receive us (2pm local time), barely 2 counters open for service at check in time. Felt I was in a motel. They had 3 public pools, all fairly small, dream pool had no service staff at all and the restroom there was basically abandoned. No hospitality to speak of really.
