Not really suitable for my cousin

I was invited to my friend's kid's birthday the last minute but my partner and I knew the best gift for the baby was a football jersey. Even though it was only 2 days before the event, Nisa still took up this job and pulled it off fantastically in less than 24 hours! She also accommodated to my request of renting a Popstation so I can collect it at odd hours only during which I can make it. We are beyond grateful for her to be very accommodating and for taking up our last minute order. Above all, the quality of the baby clothing is excellent! We feel this is the best quality every child should wear for a jersey!

Bought a Man Utd romper in their Shopee. The photo showed and actual item received is different. Photo is PLAIN red, but I received red with BLACK DOTS. Fine, my hubby and I accepted it. We washed the romper with 5-6 other rompers and the logo all came off, and my baby other romper all changed colour. Contacted the seller, but seller asked if we used baby detergent, and claimed that they washed with adult detergent and has no issue. "Some baby detergent is very strong" they say. Wow, so your staff has better knowledge on detergent than the romper? Know whether strong or not strong? Yes, they immediately offered a refund, including shipping fee. But the attitude from them is the worst customer service I had ever. No apology for the bad experience and hussle I had (having to rewash everything and some romper's colour is gone forever, I won't want my baby to wear them), but their replies is like trying to challenge you. "If you are uncomfortable with it, it's okay" they said. Well, to the one who replied me, I repeat again.. If you are the boss of this business, then good luck to your customer. If you are the staff of this business, then good luck to your boss.
