โ โ โ โ โ I was recommended by few friends to Little Baby. This is a very good place to shop for baby products. Their showroom is so cosy. The staff there is very knowledgable on all the baby products and will not push for sales. Instead they recommend you the essential items and save your pocket on the long run. This place is not like those other baby retail stores. You should come and find it for yourself. Recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ Daniel was super kind and he made arrangement for me to get my item (Ewky Bear vaporiser) swiftly. Knowing that it was from a worried mum and for a sick toddler, he upgraded the bottle of Ewky Bear inhalant and added a packet of kids puffs for free. Such a sweet thought!
The item was also received in great condition!
Highly recommend mummies to purchase items from this store! :)

โ โ โ โ โ If it wasnโt me who asked a week after my purchase, they will not update me itโs out of stock. If itโs not me who track on the order they will not update me there is a delay in delivery after me giving them a second chance to continue with my purchase by changing items. Total 3 weeks, and I have not received my goods. Huge disappointment as the kid has been really excited about it since day one.
Maybe they grow too big and forgotten about โserviceโ

โ โ โ โ โ It is not everyday you get to experience excellent customer service on the eve of a public holiday, especially one as chaotic as Christmas. Daniel was nice enough to come down personally with the last unit of an item that I had ordered 2 days ago that came with a defect. Thanks to him, I was able to gift someone special to me without any concerns on Christmas.

โ โ โ โ โ Chanced upon Little Baby website when we were looking for a car seat for our newborn. Daniel has been very helpful over messaging, answering our many queries and providing advice.
We proceeded to arrange an appointment to visit the showroom to get a better feel of the car seat we had planned to get. It was a cosy space and makes us feel right at home with his personalised service too. Daniel is knowledgeable on all the products in store and recommended a car seat that best suits our preferences, changing our mind on the car seat we had actually planned to get. He went way above and beyond to even help us with the installation of the car seat with isofix when we werenโt so sure how to do it.
Highly recommend new parents to visit the Little Baby showroom if youโd like to purchase any items.
