Tried this for a week but will not order again unless they improve, because (1) ingredients used were not fresh - veggies had a smell, meats were not tender, rice is not of high quality (2) compared to Grain, price is 20-40% more expensive per meal (without using meal pass). The website & marketing publicity make them look really good but hoping they can improve their products to back it up.

Ridiculously priced! Taste is not nice at all! My previous 2 orders with them was better. This round standard dropped and service is also poor. And taste is awful! Regret ordering from them! Yes my husband ordered this round using his email acct.

Despite of giving them chance, their delivery is late. it is 7:40pm now on 20th June. i doubt they are committed to their delivery schedule of 4:30pm - 7:30pm. very disappointing though they started up strong and sincere. i am even wiling to forfeit my remaining credits.

Super awesome food, never fails you!!!! A huge selection that can satisfy everyone's tastebuds. My fav feature on amgd is that they list down all the ingredients, and breakdown of the macros. Helps in meal planning really well. Prices are fair as well. The only thing I'll warn new customers is the delivery timing. For lunch it ranges from 1130 to 1.30pm so it is quite unpredictable. Typically does not exceed the time window though but pays to be patient!!!

The food was very appealing, very balanced of meat and vegetables. Very healthy for those that has no time to prepare their own meals but don't want to take fast food as an option. Delivery was accurately on time which is very much appreciated.

Good quality is good and delivery so far has been very reliable. Their delivery staff are quite responsible. Taste wise is ok. Have renewed my pass and plan to continue. It’s a good option to have. Hope they can maintain the pricing and quality.

My husband ordered the bentos for me as I am watching my blood sugar (not diabetic). He ordered the Low GI meal plan for me. I understand Low GI has certain restrictions, but what I see are not “meals”, no, they are just “cooked food”. The first batch of bentos I received are really ZERO EFFORT; for the carb portion, they have the audacity to serve just plain boiled unseasoned pasta. And for most of the bentos, the veg portion is disgusting; they only boil the veg, and drizzle this vinegar-like dressing, which literally taste/smell like garbage (I’m not kidding). For others, it’s just plain boiled veg, NO SEASONING. So I paid almost $15 per meal, just so you can serve me cut up food that are boiled? If that’s the case I would’ve cooked myself? Totally no thoughts put into the food, no proper seasoning, nothing. Complained to them, customer service person is nice, told me that the next batch of meals they will put in more flavours, and claimed that previously the meals are like that is because it’s meant for diabetic (they only mentioned Low GI in their website, they did not say “diabetic meals”, but even if the meals were meant for diabetic people, there are still many ways to make food taste good without excessive sugar/carbs). So today I received the second batch, and attached is the photo of one of the bento. Thank you for boiling the sweet potato, peeling it, and cutting it into smaller chunks for my convenience, for that I’m paying $15 ? Really zero effort. Please, what you’re doing is cooking raw food, not even preparing MEALS. People are paying such a pricing for boiled food?! Why would I pay so much just for you to boil simple ingredients and putting them in a container for me?!

Delivery was always on time. All meals were tasty and appealing with very generous portion. Just that sometimes mobile app system down so I was unable to place my order, nevertheless, customer service team promptly take action whenever I dropped them msg. Will continue to renew my pass. Thanks for your reliable service! Love AMGD!
