★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order 3 boxes of bridal pastries to be delivered to our friends and relatives for our wedding.
Ordered the walnut cake set with peanut biscuits at the side.
We collected on the 5th of March and deliver to our relative the next day.
They consume it promptly and complained about falling sick after, diarrhea and the walnut is moldy.
Emailed and called Gin Thye to explain the situation all they do is telling us the walnut can't be moldy and doesn't sound apologetic at all. No refund or whatsoever, told us to come down and maybe they will give us some ice cream or what not.?!?!
Horrible customer service, patronise them only if you wish for a horrible wedding experience.
