★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i can give zero I will! This is by far the worst money remittance. Sending money always okay but when claiming money always got problem?! Seriously? U dont know what the person is going through. What we are claimimg is our money! To make it worst same representative.other representatives are okay especially the blond short hair lady wearing specs. But the blond long hair chinese girl is always rude! And this short black haired wearing specs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If can give 0 star i will give 0 star, very bad service, i want to claim my refunded money amd then the staff just told me go western union at mrt there. after that i say i go already but them say i need to collect here, and say to me ouhh i cannot refund to you coz u not bring the receipt but western union just told me to show my ic n new refund number no need to give the original receipt. and also explain to me not complete ? never n ever come here coz very bad service and very rude staff
Western Union dont give them to be your agent later get a bad review also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I encountered a very bad experience with your remittance service at your Tampines Blk 505 branch. I send S$300 to Indonesia on 6th October. In-order not to confuse you teller, I showed her my previous transaction statement to follow the details for the receiver. But she sent the amount to another receiver (previously I use to send). I don't expect such mistake will happen to an established remittance agent and is my mistake for overlook on the details stated. Please retrain your staff (Ms Carol) otherwise such service will tarnish your company's reputation.
