Eric Siew from your Singapore team refused to take my request to arrange for call with floor manager, he further closed an ongoing and disputing case against my instruction.
This is on top of Hazrul, also from your Singapore team left my email request open and unattended for more than 6 weeks.
I wish no other customers ever go through the ordeal again.
Stay away when you have a choice.
