I am a customer turn Amway distributor (aka ABO = Amway Business Owner) because it is less stress compare to traditional sales and corporate ladder job. People call Amway MLM, salesman job, business whatever name but one thing for sure, this company is the most pioneer networking business in the world, founded by 2 Christian American with great ethic business. As a accountant view, for such a company with strong cash flow and positive profit yearly, how nice if Amway allows non-ABO / public to buy its shares as it can rank top similar with Apple, Microsoft etc but that being said if Amway will to release its shares to market (public) then ABO’s rice bowl will be at risk. Interestingly, Amway gives out AMAZING bonus and shares like to their own ABO exclusively. Amount can be staggering 5,6,7 figures annually. Amway - one of the pioneer, who handsomely give bonus to its achiever ABO be it low / mid / high ranking member tier, their motto to let each hardworking ABO earn. Speaking from experience, be in Amway environment for more than 10 years in Singapore market. Started out active ABO turn non- active (Amway consumer) and back and forth then now finally settle with Amway. I have been approached by many top notch MLM, selling expensive beauty products / Chinese herbals / Slimming products and even quite a few MLMs bring in almost similar products but relatively cheap just to beat Amway down. However cheap products also means low income and restricted bonus receive in a long run. Amway gives passive income to generations. This year Amway America already had their pioneer ABO’s Amway wealth pass down to their children - grandchildren and great grandchildren, to its 4th generation. ABO can be alive and pass down his/her Amway throne to their children by getting legal lawyer to distribute the wealth. This is one key points that lock me in with Amway because I know once I did it for my life now and my children have least to worry, at least not to worry about financial when inflation or recession meet. Amway price is NOT expensive at all. It’s middle range and super competitive. If a person fail in Amway it’s because they quit resigned. Amway has always been my “spare tyre” whenever my financial got affected, Amway income will still flows in. Especially when Covid-19 hit and many countries including Singapore faces lock down, Amway income surged! My upline who brought me into Amway, feels normal and wasn’t affected by economy yet I’m suffering from salary reduction and forgo company bonus to keep my job and another side my hubby business is zero income and have to cover employee’s salaries. I feel desperate and devastating. I faced career challenges and always aim high but in corporate world, that’s limited position in the company. I’m just waiting for my retrenchment letter when my company going for 2nd or 3rd round of downsizing. No matter how grand a company can be before but because the products and services that company provide has been face out during crisis, company and employees doom together. My hardwork will be gone. So before it happen, I humbly built my Amway business while taking lower salary from my job while taking care of my 3 young kids. That’s life, we move on and live wisely. Once beaten by snake once, no more 2nd bite. Choosing Amway or other MLM, which to choose? That’s how much you know how the company function, financial stability, compensation plan, passive income and many more. Friends intro friends into a MLM is very common and it’s good too as it is time for you to know about the MLM business model you are in. That first few months to know how your MLM company give their payout and for you to identify whether the Team cum upline - that you are in / with guide you sufficiently to build your networking business. Products, products sources and products price is also key to MLM business too. Many also succeeded in other MLMs and some have dual MLM incomes. Don’t just follow your heart or listen to your upline, do your research. All the best!
