Was very kindly explained by ZEE on the products on bath bombs and bubble bar! ? she was so informative about the products that LUSH had and even showed me a video of it, of the cool effect (sunnyside & avobath, which I bought too!). Thank you for the warmth service and thoughtful surprise gift too! ???

Was open with sharing her expertise and enthusiastic in helping me find a scent that I could appreciate. Never made me uncomfortable by being too pushy or intrusive. Her demeanour and effort are truly commendable. Scanning quickly through the other reviews, can see that this is a consistent trend amongst Lush staff. Thank you all for upholding excellent service standards!

I didn't manage to get her name but she helped me pick out a gift for my boyfriend and was really friendly and made the best recommendations! I bought a facial cleanser which is smells really great, but Lush had too much tempting stuff hahaha. By the end of my visit I didn't expect she would gave me facial moisturizer after hearing about my facial condition and knowing I like it. Thank you so much Claudia, hope it will moisturize my face ☺️?. Great service! Love to come back again here....

I only got one bubble bar but she gave me a free one along with a sample during checkout as a pay it forward initiative! It was also my birthday so this was extra sweet of them!! Thank you :)
