The park is cooling, the facility is good...but just not sure why are the AMKTC trash bin appearing in a workers party GRC???

Wheelchair accessible. It has Shenshiong, a coffee just below multi storey carpark. Carpark is spacious as well.

Nice place with sufficient amenities like coffee shop, clinic, and sheng shiong. Although close to tpe, the sound from the traffic is not too jarring.

Anchorvale Parkview is a HDB development consisting 4 blocks of flats with over 500 units of 4-, 5-room and 3-Gen flats and a multi-storey carpark. It is a short 2 to 3-minute walk from the Farmway LRT station, which is 2 stations away from the Seng Kang MRT. Outward-facing units in some blocks have unblocked views facing Seng Kang Waterway Park while others face the Tampines Expressway. On the ground level of 338A, there is a Sheng Siong supermarket open til 11pm, as well as amenities such as a clinic, Kumon enrichment centre and a 24-hour automated laundromat. There's a child-care centre on the ground level of 338A. 338A is also connected to a rooftop garden. Cycling paths connect this estate to Punggol and beyond. A Skool4Kidz preschool with a capacity of over 400 children began operations at Anchorvale Crescent in Mar 2018. A curved bridge, beautifully lit at night, leads from the Anchorvale Parkview Estate to Sengkang Riverside Park beyond the river.

A walk away from Sengkang Park through new bridge and arrived at Anchorvale Parkview. Also there is PCN directly linked to Punggol waterway point from here. Location is quite in the corner, only with bus on public transport. There are few amenities in the area like supermarker and coffee shops.
