Comparing to 5 years back, food standard imo dropped 50% at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered via Grabfood. Totally food sold to be thrown. Golden chicken cubes came runny. Sambal beef fried rice, mee goreng & white bee hoon, no chillies packed, though requested. Food was completely tasteless. Are the chefs on leave & serving staffs are left to prepare the meals? (No offense meant for the serving staff)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the promotional 3 crabs for $39.90. The crabs were all not fresh and were frozen before. Most of the crab meat texture is mashed up, as shown in the picture. Service is prompt, but food does not meet minimum standard. Definitely, will not visit again.

For delivery, looks like it is cheaper to order online (with call back to confirm) than packed from store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday dabao curry fish head plus fried chicken wings for $41. Fish head not so fresh and very small, curry gravy very little. Fried chicken wings so so and no tcrispy coz the container is air tight lol. First time I dabao ZiChar didn’t have any opening for fried food. Overall not worth, won’t patronize again.

Staff was not friendly except for the fat Malay guy who attended to me after 30mins wait for food to be ready.
They prioritise grab food instead walk in customer’s.
No budget for vegetables but give us a huge chunks of onion that was too lazy to be sliced up or diced up
